How it works...

Working with BreezyBiz is easy Breezy.

1.

Register with the site. Sign up completely free of charge.

2.

Select one of our packages along with any add-ons you might need, and start the engagement process.

3.

Pay your first instalment by credit card or direct deposit using our secure server. We ask you to pay 25% of the total fee before we start work. We'll also ask you a couple of quick questions to help us determine that you have selected the right package for your needs. Once we've received your payment and confirmed our acceptance of the engagement, we'll commence work within 24 hours of receiving your information.

4.

Send us your data. After we've accepted the engagement, we will ask you to complete a Questionnaire and upload the documents we'll need to complete your work. You will need your documents in electronic form, which may require scanning them, taking photos using your smart device, and/or downloading data from a financial institution.

5.

Respond to any queries. You'll receive a notification whenever there are queries that need an answer, and you can respond to these (and upload any relevant documents) using our queries portal. We'll aim to have your work completed within 14 days, as long as there are no complications and you respond to any queries on a timely basis.

6.

We keep working until everything is ready. Once all the queries have been attended to, one of our CAs or CPA's will give your work a thorough review. We'll then notify you when everything is ready for signing.

7.

Sign your documents. We use DocuSign, which allows you to sign all of your documents electroncially, using your smart device or computer. Please click here for more information.

8.

Make your final payment. Once you have electronically signed your return, we'll hold it until you make your final payment. We'll then lodge your return for you.
